·     90% Purchase; 90% Rehab Not to Exceed 65% Loan to Value; Cash-Out Refi 50%

·     Loan Amount:  $30,000 to FHA CAP

·    Rates: 8%-15%

·    Term: 6-24 Months

·    Minimum Credit Score:  N/A

·    Included States: All States except ND, UT, VT

RENTAL LOAN GUIDELINES

·     PROPERTY TYPES: Non-Owner Occupied, SFR, 2-4 units, Condos,  PUDs,             Townhomes

·     LOAN PURPOSE: Investment Rental Property

·     INTEREST RATE: Starting at 7.125%

·     ORIGINATION POINTS: Starting at 2.99%

·     EVALUATION: Full Appraisal

·     MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE: 640 (660 for foreign nationals)

·     INCLUDED STATES: All States except ND, UT, VT
